Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClientBoost ("the Service," "we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service. ClientBoost is operated from 501 E Dartmouth Ave, Englewood, CO 80113.

2. Description of Service

ClientBoost provides social media responsiveness, community management, content moderation, and audience engagement services. We act as your authorized agent to respond to comments, messages, and reviews across connected platforms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using our Service, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@clientboosts.com of any unauthorized use.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Multi-factor authentication is strongly recommended

5. Fees & Subscriptions

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ClientBoost to:

• ❌ Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• ❌ Infringe intellectual property rights of others
• ❌ Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• ❌ Harass, abuse, or harm any individual
• ❌ Attempt to reverse engineer our platform
• ❌ Use bots or automated scripts beyond our API limits

7. Content & Brand Voice

You retain all ownership of your content and brand guidelines. ClientBoost will maintain confidentiality of your brand voice documentation and may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services.

8. Service Level & Response Times

We strive to respond to community interactions within 15 minutes during business hours. However, we do not guarantee specific response times and are not liable for delays caused by platform outages or force majeure events.

9. Intellectual Property

ClientBoost's proprietary software, algorithms, and branding are owned exclusively by us. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Confidentiality & Data Processing

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You consent to data processing in the United States.

11. Third-Party Platforms

ClientBoost interfaces with third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platform policies.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked within 24 hours. Prepaid fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. Sections 9, 10, 13, and 14 survive termination.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ClientBoost harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service in violation of applicable law.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Colorado. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Englewood, Colorado.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
