1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our service. If you're not completely satisfied with ClientBoost within the first 14 days of your subscription, we'll refund your payment in full — no questions asked, no hard feelings.

2. How to Request a Refund

Simply contact us within 14 days of your initial payment and let us know you'd like to cancel and request a refund. We'll process it within 5-7 business days.

4. Annual Plan Pro-rated Refunds

For annual subscriptions, if you cancel within the first 30 days, we'll refund the unused portion of your prepaid fee minus a 10% processing fee. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund. You must explicitly request a refund within the eligibility window. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if we detect abuse, excessive usage, or violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of bad faith.

7. Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we will provide all evidence of service delivery to the financial institution. We encourage you to reach out directly — we're reasonable people and we'll always try to make it right.
